Delivery times depend on the type of product you order — contact lenses are ordered fresh from the manufacturer for the longest possible expiry dates, while eye care products ship from our UK fulfilment centre. Orders placed before 3:00 PM (UK time) Monday to Friday are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time, at weekends, or on UK public holidays are processed the next working day. Free shipping cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

⚠ Tailor-made ‘XR’ range lenses

Tailor-made contact lenses, such as those in the ‘XR’ range, are manufactured to order and can take up to 25 days to produce and dispatch. We’ll keep you updated throughout.

ℹ If an item is out of stock

If an item is out of stock when you order, we’ll email you with the expected timeframe. You can also choose to cancel your order for a full refund if the expected delivery doesn’t meet your needs.

1 Order Confirmed Your order is received and confirmed by email.

2 Processing Stocked items are prepared in our UK fulfilment centre. Contact lenses are ordered from the manufacturer.

3 Dispatch Your order is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. You’ll receive tracking details by email.

4 Delivery Your parcel arrives at your address.

Track your parcel on the Royal Mail Track & Trace website. Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to location, weather or courier delays. Please allow up to 5 working days before contacting us about delivery status.

📅 Bank Holidays & Seasonal Periods

Dispatch and delivery may take longer during bank holidays, public holidays and peak seasonal periods. We recommend allowing extra time for orders placed during busy periods.

🌍 International Delivery

International shipping is not currently available. Quality Eyes ships within the United Kingdom only.
