Our subscription service is designed to make managing your eye care simple. Whether you use contact lenses, dry‑eye drops, lid wipes, or other essentials, you can set up automatic deliveries so you never run out.

Choose the quantity of the product you would like and select your preferred delivery interval — every 1, 2, 3, 6, or 12 months. Your subscription will renew automatically based on the schedule you set.


How Subscriptions Work

  • Your subscription renews automatically according to your chosen delivery interval.
  • After each successful renewal, your products are dispatched straight to your door — no need to place repeat orders manually.
  • For example, if you select a monthly subscription, your card will be charged each month and your items will be delivered monthly without any action required from you.

Prescription Changes (Contact Lenses Only)

If your contact lens prescription changes, you will need to cancel your current subscription and place a new order using your updated prescription. This ensures your lenses always match your clinical requirements.

Dry‑eye products do not require a prescription and can be adjusted at any time.


Managing Your Subscription

Pause or Cancel

You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time after the required two billing cycles. The customer portal can be accessed via:

  • The magic link sent to you when you placed your first subscription order
  • Your account area, if you have created an account on our website

Skip or Reschedule a Delivery

If you need to delay a shipment, you can skip an upcoming charge or reschedule the next delivery date. Both options are available in the customer portal next to each scheduled delivery.


Payment Issues

If a renewal payment cannot be processed, you will receive an email with a secure link to update your payment method. Your subscription will resume automatically once the payment is successful.
