Do I need a prescription to order contact lenses?
Yes. By UK law you need a valid contact lens prescription to order from us. Enter it at checkout and our opticians check it against your order before it ships. If you've never worn lenses before, you'll need a contact lens fitting from a registered optician first.
How long does delivery take?
Every order goes out on Royal Mail Tracked, so you can follow it to your door. Most orders arrive within a few working days, and delivery is free on orders over £99.
Are these genuine branded lenses?
Always. Every lens comes straight from UK-authorised distributors like Johnson & Johnson, Alcon, CooperVision and Bausch + Lomb. They're the same packs your high-street optician dispenses, never grey-imported.
What's your returns policy?
If something isn't right, contact us within 60 days of delivery. Eligible items can be returned or exchanged under our current returns policy, and our team will guide you through the process.
Can I speak to a real optician?
Yes. Call our Chessington dispensary and you'll reach a GOC-registered optician, not an offshore call centre. We're happy to help with prescriptions, lens advice and fittings.
